In an attempt to dissuade a customer from investigating his joint bank account worth millions of dollars and initiating a lawsuit against the Royal Bank of Canada; RBC Bank Manager Edna Henry created a fake joint bank account statement and provided it to the surviving customer. She then charges him $8,250 for 40 transaction slips to avoid him from investigating and cross referencing the transactions made from that account.

When will Royal Bank of Canada take responsibility for their actions and give back monies they helped steal from this customer? How many more customers will fall victim to RBC fraudulent bank statements while they play legal jurisdiction games on where one can take legal actions against the bank. RBC investigation lead to multiple countries starting with their ombudsman in Canada who appears to only be concerned about protecting RBC rather returning the money they stole from this customer.
